In short

We don't collect personal information. There are no user accounts, no sign-up and no ads, and we don't sell or share any data with anyone.

What stays on your device

• Your favorites, settings, last watched channel and the channels' availability check results are stored only on your device (the browser's or the app's local storage) and are never sent to us.
• To delete them: on the website, clear the site's data in your browser. In the app, go to the device's Settings → Apps → ZapZap → Clear data, or uninstall the app.

Visit statistics

The website, and the app that shows it, use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous visit counts: which pages were viewed, on what kind of device and from which country. It uses no cookies, creates no user identifier and doesn't track you across sites. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Third-party services

• Broadcasters: streams come directly from the broadcasters' servers to your device. As with any internet connection, their servers receive your IP address and basic device information, and are subject to the broadcasters' own privacy policies.
• Broadcaster pages: on the website (not in the app) some channels are shown in the broadcaster's own live page, which is subject to its own privacy policy.
• Infrastructure: the site is served through Cloudflare, and parts of it (fonts and the player library) load from Google Fonts and cdnjs, which also receive your IP address as a normal part of the connection.

Children, security and changes

• The service is not specifically directed at children and collects no personal information from any user, children included.
• All of the website's and the app's connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
• Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with the date of the update.
